Ian Bress (CEO) — formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Grubb & Ellis Company, led the management buyout of PBC in January 2006. This transaction resulted in a well capitalized company strongly positioned to further its strategic vision of Green Cleaning initiatives, technological innovations and increased employee development. Mr. Bress’s knowledge and relationships in the commercial real estate property management sector will enhance PBC’s continuing efforts of best practices and market leadership in the janitorial services industry.

Steve Testa (CFO) — Chief Financial Officer also a partner of Scorpion Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in New York. Scorpion partnered with Mr. Bress to acquire Pacific Building Care from the founding family. Mr. Testa brings a broad based financial background to PBC, having spent several years as an investment banker prior to entering the private equity business.

Operating Management — PBC’s highly experienced Supervisors and District Managers average 15 years in tenure providing stability and veteran expertise in key management positions. The support functions of human resources, information technology, warehousing, procurement, and training are led by experienced managers. These leaders drive the service delivery model providing for seamless efficiencies and optimal infrastructure.
