Ian Bress, CEO. — formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Grubb & Ellis Company, led the management buyout of PBC in January 2006. This transaction resulted in a well capitalized company strongly positioned to further its strategic vision of Green Cleaning initiatives, technological innovations and increased employee development. Mr. Bress's knowledge and relationships in the commercial real estate property management sector will enhance PBC's continuing efforts of best practices and market leadership in the janitorial services industry.

Dana Holladay, CDO. — Ms. Holladay has been with PBC for 11 years and currently serves as Chief Development Officer. She is responsible for leading the Company's coordinated sales and marketing efforts across PBC's four operating divisions. Dana is a prominent industry veteran who is well known for developing strong customer relationships in So. California and throughout the company's other geographic regions.

Troy Coker, COO. — Mr. Coker brings over twenty years experience in the janitorial industry. In 1988, he established and developed Commercial Cleaning Systems into the largest, highly regarded, Denver based janitorial and carpet cleaning company. His career with Commercial Cleaning Systems included management and expansion of all facets of the business including extensive labor union negotiations, sales and marketing, and the development of a highly efficient operation with quality services as the primary focus. Mr. Coker now works with the PBC Senior Management in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer overseeing all operational aspects of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Alan Lander, CAM. — Mr. Lander has been in the janitorial industry for over 18 years and has contributed in a significant manner to the growth and success of the Denver offices. His industry experience and expertise in customer service, account management and account analysis brings a depth to the Senior Management of PBC in the Position of Chief Account Management. Mr. Lander holds a Bachelor of Science at Brooklyn College in New York.
